Launching with Purpose: How to Host a Spirit-Filled Branch School Registration Night

At Interfaith University, launching a Branch School is more than a calendar event—it’s a Kingdom moment. Your registration night isn’t just a sign-up session. It’s a spiritual launch pad that marks the beginning of transformed lives, renewed purpose, and sharpened vision.

Here’s how to turn your launch into a Spirit-led, unforgettable experience:

1. Set the Atmosphere

Before a word is spoken, the atmosphere should declare: “This is holy ground.” Soft worship music playing in the background creates a welcoming and reverent environment. Tables dressed with excellence, warm smiles from greeters at every door, and quality refreshments prepared in love set the tone for something sacred. Let every detail preach before you ever grab the microphone.

2. Cast the Vision

Begin your program with a short but impactful word of encouragement. Share the story of Apostle Dr. Ludie L. Hoffman—the founder of Interfaith University, who began teaching from a brown FedEx Kinkos bag and followed God's vision into a worldwide Bible College movement. Let people see that what they are stepping into is not just education—it’s preparation for their divine destiny. Remind them: This is a call, not a coincidence.

3. Create Clarity and Connection

Walk the group step-by-step through the journey: completing the application, registering for the online orientation, and beginning their first course. Hand out simple instruction sheets or contact cards. Introduce your local team, explaining who handles student questions, prayer requests, and encouragement.

Add a spark by featuring a short testimony from a current student or graduate. Hearing how someone’s life has already been changed gives hope and excitement to new enrollees.

4. Seal It in Prayer

Before closing, gather everyone for a moment of prayer. Ask God to anoint each new student, fill their journey with wisdom, and breathe life into the upcoming school year.

Then… watch the enrollments rise. Because when God’s presence leads the launch, destinies take flight.
